Voice for Claude Code on Windows, native Rust: Claude talks back (a voice per session, with a glass player to pause, skip or stop it), local Whisper dictation on any GPU, a hands-free wake phrase, and any language (Spanish and English built in, Claude writes the rest). No Python, ~13 MB idle.
