Claude Code plugin that gives Claude a video input — fully local. /watch downloads, extracts frames, and transcribes with faster-whisper on a self-provisioned portable runtime (no Docker, no system installs). Auto-detects NVIDIA GPUs (NVDEC decode + CUDA whisper), CPU-only fallback. No cloud APIs.
