Claude Code plugin: run your session as a hook-enforced pure orchestrator. A PreToolUse hook blocks the main agent's edits and mutating Bash, delegating implementation to subagents pinned to Opus 4.8 / Sonnet 5 / Haiku 4.5. Enforcement is mechanical, not prompt-based.
